2019 Pighin Family Reunion
We invite all members of teh Pighin family out to this informal camping trip in beautiful Salmon Arm. It’s been too long and we look forward to seeing everyone.

Rates:
- full service (water, hydro, sewage) – $40/night

You just need to call and give your name and days you can attend. Let them know if you need a serviced site. No downpayment is needed as Julie has already taken care of this and you pay when you arrive in August.
There are no cabins at this location but you can rent a trailer or RV to set up at the site or stay nearby.

Activities:
There are 3 ball fields and 2 horseshoe pitches at the site. It is a 10 acre property with a large treed picnic area including a gazebo and playground equipment for the kids.
As there are many people who have not officially signed up but have informally let us know they are planning to join us, we are not able to organize any official meals or activities at this time, so this is what we are thinking:
- Friday night – meet and greet (we will have some wine and beer there but if you want to bring your favorite drink, that would be great).
- Saturday morning – family breakfast in the out door Cook Area (or indoor if raining). Due to the unknown number of attendees, we are unable to coordinate a full pancake breakfast so everyone can bring some food for their family and chat with family over breakfast.
- Saturday afternoon – bocce ball or horseshoe tournament or big old traditional ball tournament. Please bring your ball gloves, water guns, crafts and any other fun activities you would like to share. If you have any other game ideas, please bring them along!
- Saturday night – The hall has been rented. We will have some spaghetti for those who have booked but everyone else can bring their meals to the hall and enjoy their meal in the company of family.
- Sunday – possible beach day at Shuswap Lake (it is a 5 minute drive from the site). Feel free to bring your beach toys.
